1. Purpose of the Fundraiser

The funds raised through this Campaign will be used exclusively for Mariam Vachadze and Tornike Mekvabidze’s Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training, which includes:

• Tuition fees
• Flight training hours
• Certification and other related educational materials

Your donation is a direct contribution to helping us achieve our goal of becoming licensed commercial pilots.

2. Donations are Non-Refundable

Donations made to this Campaign are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in rare cases where PayPal’s own policies permit refunds (e.g., payment errors).

3. Payment Processing

All payments will be processed securely through PayPal. By donating, you agree to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. PayPal is the payment processor for this Campaign, and your payment details will be handled in accordance with PayPal’s policies.

4. Use of Donations

Funds raised will be exclusively used for the intended purpose of the Campaign, which is to support Mariam Vachadze and Tornike Mekvabidze in obtaining their Commercial Pilot License. Donations will not be used for personal expenses or any other purpose. We are committed to ensuring that the funds raised will only be used as described.

5. No Tax Deduction

Please note that donations made through this Campaign are not tax-deductible. This is a personal fundraiser, and as such, the funds do not qualify for tax exemptions or deductions.

Mariam Vachadze and Tornike Mekvabidze make no guarantees regarding the outcome of the Campaign. While the funds raised will be used solely for the purpose of CPL training, the success of the Campaign depends on the generosity of supporters. We cannot guarantee specific results, nor do we make any promises regarding the timeline or success of our commercial pilot training.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.
